The PhDTalent team

PhDTalent promotes PhDs employability in the private sector, not because the number of public research jobs decrease, but because it is our conviction that PhDs can find their place in each field of society. Beyond their expertise that can be used in research, they acquired cross-disciplinary skills during their long academic training that give them unique qualities, whatever their academic fields are.

Too often, companies underestimate the added value that the collaboration of a PhD can leverage. We are working to reduce the gap between them through the PhDTalent Career Fair to foster innovation in every fields and to develop actions to stimulate young talents' entrepreneurial spirit to initiate them into creating their own business.

The diversity of disciplinary fields represented in our company allows us to innovate and build large-scale projects regarding PhD employability.

Because PhDs employability horizon must be seen as wide as possible, the PhDTalent Career Fair is adressed to big and small companies in every field, and is more open each year to other countries in the world.

Because our ambition is to satisfy more and more companies and PhDs each year, we join forces with many partners.

The Ile-de-France region Council and the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research renew each year their support to the PhDTalent Career Fair.

Private and public structures (ABG l'intelli'agence, Adoc Talent Management, APEC, AMIES) specialized in PhD vocational guidance offer PhD candidates and PhDs specific trainings and allow us to make the most of their expertise.

Finally, since 2015, the PhDTalent Career Fair is organized in partnership with the Universities from the Ile-de-France district. They give us their support but moreover, this partnership is a way to transfer the companies needs to the academic world.

Supported by all this competent partners and moved by our conviction that the PhDs careers perspectives are only beginning to extend, PhDTalent pursue each year its work to make PhDs and companies move forward in the same direction.
